I'm Holly, and I'm glad you've found your way here.

As a Registered Dietitian specialising in eating disorders and disordered eating, I'm passionate about helping people untangle the challenges that food and eating can bring. Recovery isn't always straightforward, but you don't have to figure it all out on your own.

My aim is to provide a safe, supportive space where we can work together towards a more peaceful and flexible relationship with food. I bring compassion, honesty and encouragement to every session, helping you move forward with your recovery at a pace that feels right for you.

What I offer

Specialised one-to-one support for eating disorders and disordered eating, including food exposure work, increasing dietary variety, and improving flexibility around food and eating.

Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by food choices or need more structure around eating, I can help create a practical plan that supports your recovery and fits into everyday life.
