About Holly
Hi, I'm Holly, a Registered Dietitian specialising in eating disorders and disordered eating.
I have experience supporting individuals across inpatient, day treatment and outpatient settings, working with a wide range of eating difficulties including Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, ARFID and OSFED. Through these roles, I have supported people at many different stages of recovery and understand that everyone's journey is unique.
I offer online one-to-one support for individuals aged 16+, combining evidence-based nutrition care with a compassionate and person-centred approach. I believe recovery is about much more than simply changing eating habits; it's about understanding the thoughts, beliefs and emotions that shape your relationship with food.
My approach is collaborative, honest and non-judgemental. I aim to create a safe space where you feel heard and supported, while also providing the encouragement and gentle challenge that can sometimes be needed to move forward. Together, we'll work towards building a more flexible, sustainable and positive relationship with food that supports the life you want to live.
Outside of work, you'll usually find me exploring the outdoors, travelling somewhere new, or experimenting in the kitchen.
If this sounds like the right fit for you, I'd love to hear from you. Feel free to get in touch to arrange a free introductory call.
